When you are living and working in a culturally diverse world, your Cultural Intelligence (CQ) is just as important as your Emotional Intelligence (EQ).

Since 1980 I have helped thousands of individuals and hundreds of organisations across Australia to answer these questions and to develop their CQ and cultural competence.

My professional philosophy is that informed and respectful interaction among people of diverse cultural backgrounds is the foundation of successful enterprises and cohesive multicultural societies.

My services are based on clearly structured and practically applicable models of cultural intelligence, cultural competence and cultural diversity management.

My training and consulting approach is interactive, client-focused, pragmatic, non-judgemental, objective, relaxed and flexible. In all of my highly-rated interactive training and consulting, I acknowledge and build on individual and team intercultural experiences and skills.

My qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts (English & History), Graduate Diploma in Education (Linguistics) and Certificate IV Training and Assessment. I am a Certified Cultural Detective Facilitator
